presentation is everything.

We believe presentation is an integral part of the brand experience: the story of who you are and what your customer can expect. We have helped others “tailor” their presentations to their brand and the experience they want their customers to have. Let us help you create the presentation your brand deserves.

peruse. our work.

design.

our passion and purpose.

Original design, exceptional quality. We take this stuff seriously. You could say it’s the words we live by, and you’d be right. When our founder, Jason Brown, started out in 1993, he was creating handmade presentation pieces one by one in his Seattle studio. Guess what — we still have a Seattle studio where Jason designs each product and supervises the transformation from raw materials to expertly crafted objects of desire.

The best part is, when you choose one of our products, you don’t need to know that the rivets are the same type used in aircraft design, or that every corner is carefully cut to create perfect lines. All you have to know is that it will make you and your work look incredible.

presentation NEVER HAD IT THIS GOOD.

"I believe the purpose of every presentation is to convey the identity of the owner. People are judging you from the moment they pick up your book; you have to be sure the cover is as memorable and unique as the work inside."

jason brown

is the founder, product designer and principal of Lost Luggage. He started the company in 1993 with a passion to design and produce custom portfolios and presentation cases for patrons who are searching for high quality and artistry.

He's inspired by the attention to detail in handcrafted objects and believes that craftsmanship of this kind is a "lost art" and should be cherished in a time when commercialization and mass marketing have become the norm.

Born in New York City and raised in Pittsburgh, Jason has been surrounded with industrialism and technology for most of his life, which can be easily seen in the products created at Lost Luggage.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from American University in Washington DC in 1992, with a major in Design and an emphasis in Photography and Art History. Jason's natural appreciation for how things are artfully constructed inspired him to explore the ways of industrial design and three-dimensional construction.
